“ I have not had a car for about four years, and it was time to change that. I previously had a Subaru, and loved it. I've had other brands, Chevy, Dodge, Buick, Ford, but the Subaru was my favorite. I initially went to the dealership I dealt with before, and I have to say that I was very disappointed with that encounter. I left feeling uneasy about my experience. I also contacted another dealership, and was again, very disappointed. Then, I tried this one, and Scott Kime changed my entire car buying experience. The car I wanted was delayed twice in getting to the dealership, and I was going to have to wait at least another week, Scott made it possible for me to get a loaner until my car came in, and in my opinion, he did not have to offer this option. I had not had previous dealings with Driveway, and he offered to help me as a valued customer anyway, which is the feeling that I have had throughout this experience.I have never been more comfortable in a car-buying setting than here at this dealership. The whole place is inviting, warm, with window views, and couches and pillows, almost like you were in someone's living room. Deals were made at comfortable tables or sitting on the couch. I never felt pressured or uneasy about getting a car and understood the details of said transaction. When Scott said he wanted to help me, he actually meant it, and the proof was the loaner car I got to drive until my car arrived. I heard laughter and talking and saw shaking of hands around me while in the waiting area, and it was easy to surmise that happy customers were evidently enjoying their experience as well. The bottom line was that I felt, for a short minute, like I lived in a world where normal things were happening, and that I was dealing with a person who genuinely wished to see me in a new car and helped me get that. I am strongly recommending that anyone considering a car purchase, give Driveway a go. I have come to know and trust and trust Scott, but from what I saw, there may be more than ONE kind and honest salesman available. I can guarantee the Scott experience. You know, kindness is a commodity in short display nowadays, and when you come across it, you may be speechless for a second but use that to get the car you want. Jon Shotter my salesman was very pleasant and professional, and gave me the all the options with the buying decision without any pressure. He arranged to have me test drive 3 different cars.
